How soon can I walk on my carpets after cleaning?+

Most carpets are dry and safe to walk on within 2 to 4 hours. Keeping fans on or windows cracked can help speed up drying time.

Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?+

We move light furniture like chairs and small tables at no charge. For heavier pieces such as beds, dressers, or sectionals, we ask that they be cleared ahead of time so we can clean underneath them too.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?+

Yes. We use non-toxic, family-friendly cleaning solutions on every job, so your carpets are safe to enjoy again as soon as they're dry.

What equipment do you use?+

We clean exclusively with electric carpet extraction equipment, which means no gas fumes, quieter operation, and a lighter environmental footprint.
